To purchase Bieffe products, whose main features are listed on this website, you can place your order directly through the online shop or contact the offices using the details provided in the Contacts section.
Alternatively, you can purchase items directly from a retailer. To find the nearest retailer, visit the Sales and Support page.
Bieffe also offers equipment rental through operational leasing with BCC Lease.
The sale prices of products, available for purchase by customers who have reached the age of majority (18 years), are those indicated on the website, and the payment method (bank transfer or credit card) can be chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
Before submitting an order proposal to Bieffe for the products selected on the website, customers are required to carefully read these general terms and conditions governing the online sale of products, print a copy, or save this document on a durable medium.
Order data is stored electronically in the order management system and is accessible to the customer upon request.
Bieffe commits to retaining this data for the period required by current legislation.
The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data in the confirmation email and promptly notifying Bieffe of any errors; otherwise, Bieffe cannot be held responsible for incorrect data entered by the customer.
The sales contract is finalized when Bieffe sends an order confirmation, which constitutes acceptance of the purchase proposal.
Bieffe reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide any justification, to reject orders received from customers who do not comply with these general terms and conditions of online sales.
Bieffe commits to shipping purchased goods with an affiliated courier within a maximum of 20 days from receipt of payment, while spare parts will be shipped within just 5 days.
During certain periods, such as holidays (Christmas, August, etc.), the delivery times mentioned above may vary.
Consumers have the right to withdraw under the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
The legal warranty for hidden defects—lasting 24 months for consumers (defined as “a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft, or professional activity” under the Consumer Code) from the delivery of the goods—covers defects that render the product: unsuitable for its intended use; non-conforming to the description; lacking the qualities promised by the seller; not matching the usual qualities and performance of similar goods; or unsuitable for any specific use communicated to and accepted by the seller.
For non-consumers, the warranty for defects that make the product unsuitable for its intended use or significantly reduce its value is more limited, lasting 12 months from delivery.
Consumers must report any conformity defects within 2 months of discovery if they appear within 24 months of purchase. Non-consumers must report defects within 8 days of discovery if they appear within 12 months of purchase.
Consumers may request, at their choice, free repair or replacement to restore conformity, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or disproportionately costly compared to the alternative.
For warranty claims requiring product return, the product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all parts (including packaging, documentation, and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.).
Repairs or replacements will be completed within a reasonable time after the consumer’s request. Otherwise, or if repair or replacement is impossible or excessively costly, the consumer may request a price reduction or contract termination.
Minor defects that cannot be repaired or replaced without disproportionate effort do not entitle the consumer to terminate the contract.
To claim warranty service, proof of purchase (a valid fiscal document issued by the seller) must be provided. Otherwise, repairs will be charged to the buyer. The product/machine must be shipped in its original packaging to an authorized service center or retailer.
The warranty does not apply if:
- The malfunction is due to accidental causes or third-party actions, or is caused by the customer;
- Defects or damage result from transportation;
- The issue involves parts subject to normal wear and tear (e.g., painted/surface-coated parts, knobs, handles, removable plastic parts, lamps, glass components, rubber tubes, external cables, motors, fans, grips, seals, valves, accessories, etc.);
- The machine was incorrectly installed/adjusted or used contrary to instructions or warnings in the manual;
- There are electrical system anomalies or insufficient power supply;
- The machine was neglected or improperly maintained/cleaned;
- Unauthorized personnel tampered with the product, or non-original components were used;
- The seal preventing access to internal parts was broken;
- The product was misused or operated contrary to instructions;
- The malfunction is not attributable to a manufacturing defect.
If the customer caused the damage or no conformity defect is found, Bieffe will provide a repair estimate, and the customer may choose to proceed at their own expense. The customer will bear shipping and diagnostic costs.
Any complaints must be submitted to [email protected].
Customers are informed that, to facilitate alternative dispute resolution for online consumer-retailer conflicts under EU Regulation No. 524/2013 and Italian Legislative Decree No. 130/2015, the European Commission has established an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform accessible at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Consumers may also initiate out-of-court dispute resolution through Chambers of Commerce or mediation requests under Legislative Decree No. 28/2010 via a public or private mediation body registered with the Ministry of Justice.
For judicial disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction for any controversy related to the interpretation, execution, or termination of the contract is the Court of Pesaro, except for the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer’s residence or domicile under the Consumer Code.
Bieffe reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of online sales, with changes taking effect upon publication on this website.
